Rates

• All rates do not include Sales Tax. Sales tax will be added to the bill.
  
  
• Standard hourly labor rate for all on-site services provided is $55+tax per hour with a one hour minimum charge. After the first hour is complete, time is billed in half hour increments. This does not include price for parts if applicable.(See Service Area section to see if any trip charges incur.)
  
  
• Off-Site Pickup/Fix/Deliver is a flat rate of $100+tax for labor. This does not include cost for parts if applicable.(See Service Area section to see if any trip charges incur.)
  
  
• For Website Design Services - Please contact Mr. Fix-IT to discuss pricing.
  
  
• Phone Support is $30+tax per instance for one hour total time maximum per instance. If interested in phone support, please contact Mr. Fix-IT for additional details.
  
  

Terms

• One hour of labor minimum on all on-site calls.
  
  
• The price for any parts that need to be replaced is not included in the standard labor rate and the customer will be responsible for the cost of any parts needed for a repair or upgrade. Mr. fix-IT does not stock computer parts at this time. Some parts are available locally for same day repair, however some parts are not and need to be ordered. Mr. Fix-IT reserves the right to apply standard reseller markup to all part prices.
  
  

Service Area

• Primarily serving north-central Connecticut.
  
  
• Trip charges - Enfield and adjacent towns will not incur any trip charge. Will service any location within Connecticut and Western Massachusetts outside these towns. For these areas, please contact Mr. Fix-IT for applicable trip charge rate.
  
  

Payment Terms

• Methods of payments accepted include cash, check, and credit card*.
  
  
• Payments for services provided are due in full at completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  
  
• If payment made by personal check - Any returned checks will be charged $20.00.
  
  

* Mr. fix-IT currently accepts credit card payments, however, payment is processed over the internet. In order for a credit card payment to be accepted, the customer must have internet access. The following types of credit cards are accepted by Mr. fix-IT:
